Who we are

Ray Electric Bikes sells electric bikes, electric trikes, replacement parts and accessories to customers across the United States. We are a retailer: we source from manufacturers and authorized distributors, publish what they document, and support customers after the sale.

How we describe products

Every specification we publish comes from supplier documentation. When a figure has not been confirmed to us, we leave the field blank or mark it as awaiting supplier confirmation rather than estimating it. We write our own product and category descriptions rather than reusing manufacturer marketing copy, and we do not publish certifications, warranties, ranges or performance claims that a supplier has not stated in writing.

How we price

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. A sale price appears only when an item is genuinely reduced from its regular price. We do not run permanent “sale” pricing, countdown timers, invented low-stock warnings or fabricated recent-purchase notifications. All mandatory charges are visible before you submit an order.
