Terms and Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of rayelectricbikes.com and to every order you place with Ray Electric Bikes (REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH: legal entity name). By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit the order. See our Payment Policy.
4. Product information
We publish specifications supplied by manufacturers and distributors and take care to describe products accurately. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice, and range, speed and payload figures are manufacturer claims measured under their own conditions, not guarantees of your results. Images are representative; color may vary between screens.
5. Delivery, returns, cancellation and warranty
Our Shipping, Return and Refund, Cancellation and Warranty policies form part of these terms.
6. Safe and lawful use
You are responsible for riding lawfully and safely, for wearing appropriate protective equipment, for complying with the e-bike rules in your state and locality, and for maintaining the bike per the manufacturer’s manual. Modifying a bike, including removing or bypassing a speed limiter, may be unlawful and voids the warranty.
7. Accounts
Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account used unlawfully or abusively.
8. Intellectual property
All text, images, layout and code on this site are owned by Ray Electric Bikes or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
9. User content
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under applicable consumer law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH: state, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
