Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Delivery to REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart, and are shown in full before you submit your order. We do not add hidden fees after checkout. Any free-shipping threshold, where offered, is stated at checkout and applies to the order subtotal before tax.
Dispatch and delivery times
REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH. Dispatch and delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity and address access can extend them. We will publish only the windows we can substantiate.
How bikes are delivered
Complete bikes and trikes ship in large, heavy boxes and may be delivered by freight rather than standard parcel service. Where a delivery requires an appointment, the carrier will contact you using the phone number on the order — please supply a number you will answer. Deliveries are curbside unless the product page states otherwise.
Inspect on arrival
- Inspect the packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork.
- Photograph the box and contents before and during unpacking.
- Report shipping damage to us within REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH of delivery, with photographs.
Wrong or incomplete address
Check your address carefully at checkout. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible, and redelivery or return charges caused by an incorrect address may be passed on.
Lost or delayed shipments
Contact us with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Carriers require a set period to elapse before a shipment can be declared lost; we will tell you what applies to your shipment.
Battery shipping
Lithium batteries are regulated as dangerous goods and may only travel by approved ground methods. This can restrict service levels and destinations for batteries and for bikes shipped with batteries installed.
