Track Your Order
Check where your order is.
Enter the order number from your confirmation email together with the billing email address used on the order.
REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH: Replace this form with the WooCommerce order-tracking form (shortcode
) once checkout is live, and confirm that tracking numbers are pushed into order emails by your shipping integration.
What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | The order was placed but payment has not completed. |
| Processing | Payment received; the order is being prepared for dispatch. |
| On hold | We need something before we can proceed — usually a payment or address check. |
| Completed | The order has shipped. Tracking details are sent by email where available. |
| Cancelled / Refunded | The order was cancelled or refunded. See our cancellation and refund policies. |
If tracking has not updated, check your spam folder for the shipping email first, then contact us with your order number.
