Payment Policy

REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH: Confirm which payment methods are enabled, which processor is used, and your sales tax collection obligations by state. Enable only methods the business has actually configured, and remove any method below that you do not offer.

Security

The entire site runs over HTTPS. Card details are captured and processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Ray Electric Bikes does not collect, see or store full card numbers on this website.

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The full order total, including shipping and tax, is displayed before you submit the order. There are no hidden fees and no surcharge for using a particular payment method.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place the order unless a specific payment method states otherwise. An authorization hold from your bank is not a completed charge and will drop off if an order is not completed.

Declined payments and verification

Payments may be declined by your bank or by our fraud screening. For high-value orders we may ask you to verify your identity or billing address before dispatch, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot verify.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system or human error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer either the corrected price or a full cancellation and refund.
