Cancelling before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and ask us to cancel. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment we will cancel it and refund in full to the original payment method.
Once fulfillment has started
Large items are often picked and packed quickly, so cancellation is not always possible. If the order has already shipped, it is handled as a return under our Return and Refund Policy, and return shipping and any restocking fee may apply.
Refused deliveries
Refusing delivery is not the same as cancelling. Refused shipments are processed as returns, and the return freight cost may be deducted from your refund.
