Our commitment
We want every customer to be able to browse, compare and buy from this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have implemented
- Semantic headings in a logical order on every page
- Text and interface colors chosen for WCAG AA contrast
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields
- Touch and click targets sized for reliable use on mobile
- Labels associated with every form field, and plain-language error messages
- Descriptive alt text on informative images
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to small screens
Known limitations
Some third-party components — payment forms, financing applications, embedded video and live chat — are supplied by other companies and we do not control their code. We raise accessibility issues with those vendors when we find them. Specification tables are wide and scroll horizontally on small screens.
